You can expect the same approach to our baking as to our ice cream making. Traditional methods and best quality all natural ingredients are what we are about.
We do not use flour ‘improvers’ or mixes and we make everything from scratch. We believe this is apparent in the taste of our products.
By packaging our pastries in fully compostable vacuum packs we are able to maintain freshness without the use of any additives or preservatives and minimise our impact on the environment.
All our products are highly suitable for home freezing. They are packed to stay fresh up to 5 days un-opened in the fridge, but if you do not intend to eat all your pastries in that time, they are best frozen on the day of delivery. Defrost at ambient temperature and then bake as instructed.
