Oliphant's Mint Stracciatella Ice Cream is made with the freshest milk and cream and natural peppermint extract, for a creamy but refreshing mint flavour. Our mint ice cream has no colouring, natural or otherwise.
At the final stage of freezing and churning, we drizzle Belgian dark chocolate in the mix which freezes in an instant to form fine shards and flecks of chocolate in the creamy mint ice cream base to produce the authentic Italian style stracciatella.
Available in 500ml pots and 4.5L Napoli Containers.
